Hey! I’m Andy Jimenez, the founder of RunFitt—a Christ-centered fitness coaching program designed to help you take care of your body, grow in your faith, and live with eternal purpose.

But I didn’t always see fitness this way.

For years, I struggled with discipline, confidence, and feeling stuck in my health. I was tired—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. That’s when God opened my eyes to a deeper truth:

Your body isn’t just something to fix—it’s something to honor.

When I started treating fitness as stewardship—as worship, obedience, and preparation for my calling—everything changed. And now, that’s exactly what I help others experience through RunFitt.
