Discipline Through Distance.

Welcome to RunFitt — Where Training Becomes Transformation

At RunFitt, we don’t just train for races — we train for the long run. Marathon training is more than miles on a calendar. It’s a framework for becoming leaner, stronger, more disciplined, and more grounded in purpose. Your journey here isn’t about quick wins or temporary motivation — it’s about committing to a process that transforms your body, sharpens your mind, and strengthens your spirit. Your transformation doesn’t happen only when you run. It happens in: how you fuel your body how you recover and rest how you think when training gets hard how you stay faithful to the process when life gets busy That’s why I coach the whole athlete — not just the workouts. Whether you’re training at home, in the gym, or out on the road, you’re never running alone. I walk with you through every phase of training and life. As your coach, I’m here to: *Provide structured, faith-grounded accountability *Review form and mechanics through video check-ins *Adjust training when life demands flexibility *Pray with you through setbacks and doubts *Celebrate every milestone — from small wins to finish lines Because at RunFitt, success isn’t just crossing a finish line. It’s becoming the kind of person who runs with endurance, discipline, and eternal purpose — mile after mile.

🏃‍♂️ About Me – Andy Jimenez Founder of RunFitt | Certified RRCA Running Coach Hey! ’m Andy Jimenez, founder of RunFitt, a performance-based coaching program designed to help everyday people get lean, strong, and mentally disciplined by training for a marathon. This isn’t just about running 26.2 miles. It’s about who you become in the process. My Story For years, I struggled with consistency, confidence, and my health. I knew what to do—but I lacked a reason strong enough to follow through. That changed when I committed to training for a marathon. Marathon training forced structure into my life. It demanded discipline, patience, humility, and daily obedience to the process. And along the way, my body leaned out, my mind sharpened, and my faith deepened. I realized something powerful: Training for a marathon is one of the most effective frameworks for total life transformation. Now, that’s exactly what I help others experience. 💪 Why Marathon Training Works At RunFitt, we use marathon training as the vehicle for change—not just for runners, but for people who want real results. Marathon training: *Burns fat and builds lean muscle *Creates daily structure and accountability *Strengthens mental toughness and self-belief *Develops discipline that carries into every area of life *You don’t just get fit—you get forged. 🛤️ The RunFitt Method Our coaching follows a simple but powerful path: 1. Get Lean & Strong (Physical Transformation) You train with purpose. Every run, every lift, every meal moves you closer to a leaner, stronger body. Focus: Running plans • Strength training • Nutrition • Recovery • Accountability 2. Build Discipline & Mental Endurance As your mileage increases, so does your resilience. You learn how to show up when it’s hard—on the road and in life. Focus: Consistency • Identity shift • Mental toughness • Habit formation 3. Run With Purpose (Life & Faith Alignment) The discipline you build through training spills into your relationships, work, leadership, and faith. You stop drifting—and start running with intention. Focus: Stewardship • Purpose • Serving others • Living out your calling 🙌 More Than a Race Crossing the marathon finish line is powerful—but the real victory is the person standing there. Stronger. Leaner. Disciplined. Confident. Grounded in faith. Whether you’re: *Training for your first marathon *Using running to lose weight and get lean *Or rebuilding your life through structure and accountability You belong here. Let’s train your body, sharpen your mind, and run the race set before you—one mile at a time. Andy Jimenez Founder of RunFitt Certified RRCA Running Coach
