Andy Jimenez

Founder & CEO

Hi there! My name is Andy Jimenez, the Founder and CEO of RunFitt, a company focused on helping women achieve their health and fitness goals through running. Running has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, and I've competed in everything from 5Ks to marathons. I believe that running is not just a physical activity, but a mental and spiritual one as well. As a coach, I strive to help my clients cultivate a positive mindset and develop a love for running that will last a lifetime. Whether you're a beginner looking to run your first 5k, run a marathon or improve your overall health and fitness, I can help you reach your goals and exceed your own expectations. I am a certified Running Coach with the (RRCA) Road Runners Club of America and I am a certified Stretch and Flexibility Coach with (NACM) National Academy of Sports Medicine. My coaching philosophy is centered around personalized training plans that are tailored to each individual's unique needs and abilities. I take the time to get to know my clients and understand what they want to achieve, and then create a plan that will challenge them while also being realistic and achievable. In addition to coaching, I also love to share my knowledge and expertise with others. I regularly post video blogs on Youtube on topics related to running, and I'm always happy to answer questions and offer advice to anyone who is interested in improving their health and fitness through running. Whether you're looking to run your first 5K, run a marathon, or just looking to improve your overall health and fitness, I would love to help you achieve your goals and become the best runner you can be. Let's get started!
